No referral is required. You can book directly with our doctors through our online platform. However, we recommend keeping your GP informed of your treatment.

Generally, a BMI of 27 or above may make you eligible for treatment, particularly if you have weight-related health conditions. A BMI of 30 or above may qualify you without additional conditions. Your doctor will assess your individual circumstances.

An initial consultation is $90 (15–30 minutes) and a follow-up consultation is $65 (15 minutes). Medication and pharmacy costs are separate. The amount payable is confirmed before payment in Halaxy.

Trimly Health currently offers private-billing telehealth consultations only. Medicare rebates are not available for these appointments.

No. Medication, pharmacy dispensing charges and any optional delivery fees are separate and paid to your chosen pharmacy. Prices vary by treatment, dosage and pharmacy, and some medicines may not qualify for PBS subsidies. Your doctor can discuss likely costs during the consultation.

Not necessarily. A prescription may be provided only if your doctor determines that medication is clinically appropriate following your individual assessment. Booking or paying for a consultation does not guarantee a prescription or any particular treatment.

Treatment duration varies depending on your individual goals, response to treatment, and clinical assessment. Your doctor will discuss an appropriate timeline during your consultation. Most patients remain on treatment for several months.

Your doctor will work with you on a maintenance plan, which may involve gradually adjusting or discontinuing treatment while continuing lifestyle support to help you sustain your results.

Yes, you can choose to stop treatment at any time. We recommend discussing this with your doctor first, as they may recommend a gradual reduction rather than stopping abruptly.

Your consultation takes place via secure video call. You'll receive a link before your appointment. Simply click the link at your appointment time to join. You'll need a device with a camera and internet connection.
